Shipping cost:

For orders over 80 BGN – FREE delivery.

For orders up to 80 BGN, delivery is 4.50 BGN to the Speedy office or 5.50 BGN to the customer's address.

Exceptions are orders from 3kg to 10kg or bulky items (strollers, car seats, high chairs, playpens, etc.).
To a Speedy office - 10 BGN per product.
To the customer's address - 14 BGN per product.

Products over 10kg or bulky items (beds, trampolines, cabinets, electric strollers, etc.) and delivery outside of Sofia.
To a Speedy office - 20 BGN per product.
To the customer's address - 24 BGN per product.

When paying by cash on delivery, the amount is paid to the courier in cash upon receipt of the goods.

IMPORTANT!
Keep the document certifying the payment (receipt or invoice), because you will need it in case of warranty service of the goods.

Delivery is carried out by Speedy or a BebeMama courier. Your order can be delivered to your address or you can pick it up from a Speedy office.

Deadline:

The BebeMama team makes deliveries within 1 - 4 business days depending on the customer's location and the stock availability of the selected products. Orders placed by 12:00 on a business day are processed on the corresponding day. Orders placed after 12:00 are processed on the next business day.

In the event of a delay in delivery due to reasons beyond our control, you will be promptly notified by our team.

Where can I return the order?

Please complete the return form to declare that you wish to return an item. Pack the item you wish to return, along with the completed form and receipt for the purchase, and send them to the address below at your own expense. Please ensure that your shipment is sent securely.
